To avoid the situation, Kelly registered for a tax training course, and she enjoyed it. She enrolled for such classes and earned an LL.M Taxation. Additionally, she also earned a Juris Doctor. Kelly is an alumnus of Meredith College. She received her law degree and Masters of Law from the Temple University School of Law. The mother of three resides and works in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
